Summary documents provide a breakdown of the individual questions from ClientKnowledge projects, providing an overview of the respondents' opinions in an aggregated format. Proportions, means and distributon analysis are available along with the base counts to ensure that meaningful conclusions can be drawn from the research. Relationships between and across questions are established in order to present the research in its most powerful aggregated format.

Summary documents are delivered electronically via the ClientKnowledge customer portal. The research can be analysed according to your business model, which can be further analysed per region, targeted client segment or tiered client group.
