ClientKnowledge annually conducts market research, interviewing thousands of senior respondents on behalf of the international financial community. Research is undertaken in all major developed and emerging markets. This breadth of coverage ensures that we have experience of working with universal, investment and commercial banks in respect of their overall and regional strategies and market places, by tier of account, industry and geography.

ClientStudies
Based on semi-structured questionnaires, studies may be executed by telephone, face-to-face, or on the web. Unlike benchmarking, ClientStudies offer the respondent anonymity, generating more sophisticated research. They are used to support product or service development, quality improvement, market positioning and segmentation.
Research and analysis are customised to meet exclusive needs and business goals. We work closely with customers to ensure that respondents, questions, methodology and timeframe meet the project needs precisely.
From time to time, usually on a co-operative basis, we act as "honest broker" to build organisational metrics across a number of our customers. By comparing such metrics as numbers of salespeople or attitude to risk, with data such as market share, we are able to provide insights into best practice.
ClientBenchmarking
ClientBenchmarking is offered as part of a group or bespoke project. Systematic and consistent data gathering on wholesale finance clients enhances CRM systems and provides reliable reference. Using on-line interviews among client-facing teams, we enable customers to understand internal perceptions of their brand standing among clients. Gap analysis is enriched by comparison with external perceptions.

Information delivery:
Summary documents provide a break down of the individual questions from ClientKnowledge projects, providing an overview of the respondents’ opinions in an aggregated format. Proportions, means and distribution analysis are available, along with the base counts, to ensure that meaningful conclusions can be drawn from the research. Relationships between and across questions are established in order to present the research in its most powerful aggregated format.
Summary documents are delivered electronically via the ClientKnowledge client portal. The research can be analysed according to the customers business model, which can be further analysed per region, targeted client segment or tiered client group.
ClientKnowledge can deliver summary documents in the way which most benefits the customers business and users of the information, facilitating actionable decision making.
