The Client Banking Study
ClientKnowledge embarked on its fifth major annual Client Banking Study (CBS), taking place late 2007, allowing reliable year-on-year comparable analysis. 450 organisations are being interviewed globally, across developed and emerging markets and different role profiles. The Client Banking Study is undertaken through multi-point interviewing. More than 1000
interviews were undertaken across the following four areas:
• the relationship coverage of client banks; • network products, subdivided into cash, custody and trade (with respect to origination vs. destination);• banking products, subdivided into global markets (including forex), investment banking, risk management and syndications/ DCM; and • wealth management.
