Through the combination of our own study data and that provided by our customer bank, we are able to identify those client that present the best potential for revenue growth. This may be done on a segmented or more granular, specific basis as required by the client.
Based on volume revenue data, ClientKnowledge is able to identify potential revenue by client segment. Client targeting is combined with our improvement targeting technique to understand buying requirements of each identified client group and measure your performance against these criteria. This will allow you to optimise resource allocation.
Furthermore, ClientKnowledge is able to pinpoint your individual clients' positions in the matrices, enabling you to target key clients, which have high potential. We will then later link this powerful analysis with methods of targeting them with the aid of ClientKnowledge's resource targeting methods.
