Tier analysis reflects the percentage of a given bank's client base ranking that bank 1st, 2nd, 3rd/4th/5th. Whether a bank is ranked no. 1, no. 2 or no. 3/4/5 provider is very insightful as the differences can be quite significant in terms of business allocated to a particular bank.
